What is nutritional therapy?
Good nutrition is essential for good health, but you don’t necessarily have to deny yourself the pleasures in life to achieve this. Nutritional therapy is a combination of naturopathy (natural, drug-free medicine) and science (nutritional and biochemistry), with the aim of returning the patient to better health.
How does it work?
Nutritional therapy is holistic, treating the body as a whole - addressing the causes of problems, rather than merely relieving symptoms. Following an in-depth health questionnaire and an energetic scan that includes evaluation of organs, acupuncture meridiens, digestive system, food sensitivities and nutritional status an individual treatment plan is developed.
By discovering the underlying causes of a patient’s health concerns Sue, our Nutritionist, aims to give you the expert advice and support that you need to help you realise your full health potential.
